250. Licensing of shops and places for retail sale of drugs. -
(1)No person shall keep any shop or place for retail sale of drugs not being articles of ordinary domestic consumption without or otherwise than in conformity with the terms of a licence granted by the Chief Executive Officer.(2)Every person to whom a licence is granted under sub-section (1) in respect of any shop or place shall display it in some conspicuous part of such shop or place.
