Section 1 in Calcutta Metro Railway (Operation and Maintenance) Temporary Provisions Act, 1985
1. Short title, commencement and application.-
(1)This Act may be called the Calcutta Metro Railway (Operation and Maintenance) Temporary Provisions Act, 1985.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 22nd day of October, 1984.(3)It shall apply to the metropolitan city of Calcutta.
