(1)Every Farmers' Organisation shall get its accounts audited in the manner prescribed.(2)The officers of the Department of Water Resources and of the Orissa Lift Irrigation Corporation, as the case may be, shall inspect the records of the Farmers' Organisation in the manner prescribed.
