(4)The Chairperson of the Students Council shall cause to be laid before the Governing Council and Students Council in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes, periodical reports regarding the recommendations and suggestions made by the Council, the action taken thereon by the authorities to which such recommendations and suggestions were made, and if no action was taken by the authorities to which, such recommendations and suggestions were made, the reason thereof.
