33. Board of Studies.
(1)There shall be a Board of Studies for every subject or group of subjects as may be prescribed by the Ordinances:Provided that the Syndicate may constitute a separate Board of Studies for Under-graduate Studies and for Post - graduate studies.(2)Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section(1) the constitution, functions and powers of the Board of Studies shall be as prescribed by the Statutes.
