34. Transfer of class.
(1)Any person who is for the time being registered 'as' a 'B' class practitioner may, subject to the other provisions contained in this Act, and the rules or regulations made thereunder and on payment of a fee of five rupees, apply to the Registrar for being registered as 'A' class practitioner.(2)The provisions of Section 32 shall apply to every such application.
