Section 1(1) in AICTE (Open and Distance Learning Education) Guidelines for Standalone Institutions, 2019
1.1These guidelines lay down the minimum standards of instruction for grant of Diploma, Post Diploma Certificate, Post Graduate Certificate, Post Graduate Diploma Level Programmes (as defined in Approval Process Handbook) through Open and Distance Learning mode, and shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any other Regulations, Notifications, Guidelines or Instructions issued by the AICTE from time to time.
