27. Payment of additional Stamp duty.
- If for any reason, a person who has one E-Stamp Certificate of certain denomination issued for an instrument, has to pay an additional amount of Stamp duty on the same instrument, he may make and application in prescribed Form-2 alongwith payment of such amount of additional Stamp Duty to the Approved Intermediaries.
