Section 59(1) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(1)On receipt of the pension papers referred to in Regulation 55, the Director (Administration) shall apply, the requisite checks, record the account enfacement in Part II of Form 5 and assess the amount of pension and gratuity and issue the pension payment order not later than one month in advance of the date of the retirement of the employee.
