Section 84(5) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(5)The Panchayat or Panchayat Samiti shall be bound to afford to the Chief Executive Officer such access at all reasonable times to its property or premises and to all documents as may, in opinion, be necessary be enable him to discharge his duties under Sub-Section (4).
