(1)Samples for test or analysis under the Act shall be sent by registered post or by hand in a sealed packet together with a memorandum in [Form XX] [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 840(E), dated 5.11.2015 (w.e.f. 30.10.1971).] in an outer cover addressed to the Insecticide Analyst.
