Section 37 in National Institute of Design Act, 2014
37. Institute to be public authority under Right to Information Act, 2005.
- The provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005) shall apply to [every Institute] [Substituted 'the Institute' by Act No. 38 of 2019, dated 29.11.2019.], as if it were a public authority as defined in clause (h) of section 2 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
