Section 25 in The National Environment Tribunal Act, 1995
25. Penalty for failure to comply with orders of Tribunal .-Whoever fails to comply with any order made by the Tribunal, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees, or with both.
