Section 38(3)(f) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992

(f)The access to the basement shall be separate from the main access to the building an alternative staircase shall be provided for access and exit to higher floors. Open ramps shall be permitted if they are constructed within building line.
