253. Appearance by defendant.
- The defendant shall enter appearance by filing with the Registrar a memorandum signed by him or his Advocate giving an address at which service of notice, summons or other process may be made upon him. Such address shall be within the territorial limits of the jurisdiction of the Court.In default of appearance being entered before the date mentioned in the notice, the suit may be heard and determined in his absence.
