Section 7(1) in Rajasthan Enterprises Single Window Enabling and Clearance Act, 2011
(1)The Competent Authority shall consider and dispose of the application forwarded to it by the Nodal Agency under clause (i) of section 6 within the time limit prescribed under section 12.
