Section 6(4) in The Jharkhand Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2017
(4)The Registrar General shall take steps, by the issue of suitable instructions or order, to co-ordinate, and supervise the work of registration of marriages in the State and for securing an efficient system for Marriage Registration within the State.
