1 By an order dated 10th January, 2018, the suit being Summary Suit No.3501 of 2004 which was pending in this Court was transferred to the DRT-II, Mumbai and the said authority was requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of one year from 10 th January, 2018.
