658. Form of order.
- Every order by which the Official Liquidator in a winding-up by Court is authorised to make a return to contributories of the company shall, unless the Judge otherwise directs, contain or have appended thereto a schedule prepared by Official Liquidator setting out in tabular form the names and addresses of the person to whom the return is to be made and the amount of money payable to each person and particulars of the transfers of shares (if any) which have been made or the variations in the list of contributories which have arisen since the date of settlement of the list of contributories. The schedule or list shall be in the prescribed form and notice of the return shall be given to each contributory in the prescribed form.Section -EGeneral Meeting of Creditors and Contributories.
