24. Appointment of Auditor.
(1)The Board shall have the power to appoint a qualified independent auditor to inspect, into the books of accounts, records, documents, infrastructures, systems and procedures of a KRA.(2)The Board shall be entitled to recover from the KRA such expenses including fees paid to the auditors, as may be incurred by it for the purposes of inspecting the books of accounts, records, documents, infrastructures, systems and procedures of the KRA.
