Section 16(5) in Telangana Municipal Corporations Act, 1994
(5)any action taken under the [Telangana Municipalities Act, 1965, (Act VI of 1965)] [Adapted in G.O.Ms.No.142, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (A2) Department, dated 29.10.2015.] by any authority before such commencement shall be deemed to have been taken by the authority competent to take such action under this Act as if this Act had then been in force;
