1. The instant application has been filed under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure by respondent No. 1 seeking the following reliefs:-
" a. Allow the present application and Issue necessary directions to the petitioner to vacate premises with an immediate effect; and b. Pass such further order(s) and/or direction(s) as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the Interest of Justice. "
2. Issue notice to the non-applicants through all permissible modes on filing PF within one week.
