1. This application is filed to condone the delay of 25 days caused in preferring Letters Patent Appeal, aggrieved by the order dated 19.1.2018 passed in Special Civil Application No.5774 of 2017.
2. Mr.K.M.Antani, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice on behalf of the opponent Nos.2 to 5. Though notice is served on the 1st respondent, there is no appearance to oppose this application.

Having heard the learned Senior Counsel, Mr. Shalin Mehta appearing for the applicant and further, considering the reasons stated, explaining the delay, we are of the view that it is a fit case to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay of 25 days is condoned. This Civil Application is allowed.
4. Registry to number the appeal and list it on 29th June, 2018.
