Section 74(1) in Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2015
(1)All institutional care services for children in need of care and protection, whether run by Government or voluntary organization, shall get themselves registered under sub-Section (3) of Section 34 of the Act.
