Section 255(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)The Chairperson shall preside over every meeting of the Board in which he is present, and it, for any reason the Chairperson is unable to attend the meeting any member nominated by Chairperson on his behalf shall preside over the meeting.
