Section 8(3) in The Himachal Pradesh Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act, 1995
(3)Whoever in any manner aids, abets or is accessory to the commission of an offence under this Act shall on conviction be punished with imprisonment prescribe for the offence.
