Section 22(1) in Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious Institutions (Officers and Servants) Service Rules, 1964
(1)No officer or servant referred to in rule 16 holding office on the date of commencement of these rules shall continue to hold office, if he does not furnish security before the expiry of three months from the date of such commencement.
