Section 2(b) in The Rajasthan Pension (Grant to Dependents Of Citizens-Non Government Servants) Rules, 1960
(b)"dependents" means the father, mother, lawfully wedded wife or wives, unmarried minor brother or sister, and legitimate children of an Indian national;
