Section 31(1) in Telangana Industrial Workers (Representation, Participation in Management and Relief) Act, 1998
(1)The Chairman shall preside over the meetings of the council and shall cause the minutes of such meetings to be recorded in such manner as may be prescribed. He shall keep the records relating to the proceedings of the meetings in his custody. He shall furnish a copy of the proceeding recorded at each meeting to the Chairman of the factory council or enterprise council or to the Chief, Executive or Managing Director, as the case may be, within the prescribed period.
