                   DATED : 15TH JULY, 2022.

P.C.:-

1. Learned Additional Solicitor General has placed on record the medical report of the applicant, who is alleged to have suffered from serious ailments. The said report is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

2. The history of the patient reveals that he is admitted for vertigo from 02/05/2022 to 11/05/2022 and was diagnosed with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.

3. Since he complained of increased vertigo, blackouts, left eyelid drooping and occasional feeling of imbalance while walking, he was referred to K.E.M. Hospital, where he is admitted from 16/06/2022 and came to be discharged on 07/07/2022. The combined report from the Dean of K.E.M. Hospital and Professor & HOD of Neurology Department has dealt with the parameters, at the time of his discharge. He is found to be clinically stable and fit for discharge. He is advised to continue monitoring and review, if required. The follow up is directed to be done after three months in Nephrology OPD for evaluation for increased urinary frequency and Endocrine OPD.

4. In the wake of the above, since the applicant has been offered treatment for complained ailment in K.E.M. Hospital and after being admitted for 15 days, he came to be discharged and his parameters came to be noticed, I do not think, at present, any medical exigency exists, which requires him to be released on bail, on medical ground.

5. List the application on 22/08/2022.
