Section 11(1) in The Pepsu Abolition of Ala Malikiyat Rights Act, 1954
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules made thereunder.
