The location of exiting shops should be examined at least once in three years with a view to ascertaining whether it conforms to the rules in respect of sites. The shops which upon enquiry are established to be violating the rules in respect of sites, shall be bound to shift or relocate its licensed premises before expiry of a ninety days' notice to this effect. Failure to shift or relocate as asked for, shall invite closure of the shop till it conforms to the restrictions imposed in respect of sites.
