Section 8(1) in Rajasthan Madarsa Education Assistant Subordinate Service Rules, 2013
(1)Reservation or vacancies for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes .shall be in accordance with the provision of law in force at the time of direct recruitment.
