(1)Any person including any Firm, Limited Liability Partnership, Company, Producer Company, Institution, Non-Governmental Organisation, Breeders' Association, Trust, Department of Central or State Government, Co-operative Society, Livestock Development Board or Agency, Agriculture or Veterinary University shall apply to the Authority for grant of recognition as a AI training institute.(2)Every application for grant of recognition under sub-section (1) shall be made to the Authority in such form and in such manner, as may be prescribed and accompanied with such fee not exceeding fifty thousand rupees as may be prescribed.(3)On receipt of an application under sub-section (2), the Authority may, after making such enquiry as it deems necessary, either grant recognition or refuse to grant recognition. Every recognition shall be in such form and in such manner and subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed and shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of issue of the certificate of recognition:Provided that the Authority shall, before refusing to grant the certificate of recognition, give the applicant a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
