Section 2 in The M.P. Dharma Swatantrya Rules, 1969
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires -(a)"Adhiniyam" means the Madhya Pradesh Dharma Swatantrya Adhiniyam, 1968 (No. 27 of 1968);(b)"Form" means a Form appended to these rules;(c)"Intimation" means the intimation with respect to conversion required to be given under sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Adhiniyam.
