304. Destruction of intoxicant unfit for use on vendor's premises.
- Any intoxicant kept on the premises of a vendor licensed to sell such intoxicant and found after necessary examination to be unfit for human consumption may be destroyed under orders the Deputy Commissioner.(3)Disposal of things confiscated
