- Every aircraft operator shall,-(a)lock cockpit doors of Aircraft during, all phases of flight, unless required to be opened for operational reasons;(b)establish and maintain communication system between the flight crew cabin crew during flight; and(c)assign responsibility of access control of cock-pit to Pilot-in-command.
