Section 10(4)(i) in The Orissa Forest Shooting Rules, 1973

(i)The permit-holder shall notify the local Range Officer, at least 24 hours in advance of his entering the shooting block wherein he has been authorised to hunt. This period may be reduced in case of a free permit by the permit issuing authority.
