Section 8(1) in THE UTTAR PRADESH RECOVERY OF DAMAGES TO PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROPERTY ACT, 2020
(1)It shall be the duty of the Claims Tribunal to determine the damages caused to a public or a private property in the incidents occurred under section 3 orsection 4 and to award suitable compensation related thereto.
