Section 19(i) in Rajasthan Bhamashah (Direct Transfer of Public Welfare Benefits and Delivery of Services) Act, 2017
(i)A Chairperson who shall be a person of the rank of the Chief Secretary to the Government, or a person having experience and knowledge in the matters relating to technology, governance, law, development, economics, finance, management, public affairs or administration and shall be appointed by the State Government;
