(4)The State Legal Services Authorities shall also send consolidated half-yearly reports of the [Monitoring and Mentoring Committee] [Substituted 'Monitoring Committee' by Notification F. No. L/61/10/NALSA, dated 22.10.2018 (w.e.f. 9.9.2010).], indicating the success or failure of each of the legal aided cases, to the Central Authority.
