Section 118A(1) in Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing Act 1966
(1)If any person carrying on business in notified agricultural produce as a commission agent in the market yard or private market fails to comply his duty as specified under clause (a) and (b) of sub-section (2) of section 78 without any reasonable cause he shall on conviction be punished with fine not exceeding rupees five thousand.
