UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
We have heard Mr. Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner (wife). The counsel would submit that the petitioner has filed a case under Domestic Violence Act and also a police Complaint under Section 498-A etc. against the respondent (husband) and the in-laws and those cases are pending before the court at Mulund, Mumbai, where the respondent is appearing.
Issue notice, returnable within four weeks. In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of the proceedings in the petition filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act being O.P. No.2105 of 2021 titled as “K. Bhuvaneshwaran vs. Ankitha Gundu” pending before the Family Court, Alandur Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
