Section 9(2) in The Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets (Election Petition) Rules, 1981
(2)Any order as to costs passed by the prescribed authority shall be executed by it on an application made in that behalf in the same manner and by the same procedure as if it were a decree for the payment of money made by the Civil Court in a suit.
