4A. [ Control of market committee over other markets. [This section was inserted by C. P. Act VII of 1937, Section 2.]
- If a market is also declared to be a cotton market under section 4 of the Central Provinces and Berar Cotton Market Act, 1932, the committee constituted under section 4 of this Act shall be deemed, if the State Government, by notification, so directs, to be a committee constituted under section 5 of the Central Provinces and Berar Cotton Market Act, 1932.]
