Section 2(1)(m) in Telangana Electricity Supply Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1954

(m)'vesting date' means, in relation to an under- taking, the date fixed under section 4, sub-section (1), as the date on which the undertaking shall vest in the Government or in the case of an undertaking taken over, the date on which it is deemed to have vested or was taken over, as the case may be;
