Section 8(1)(d) in Coal Mines (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1973

(d)fails to comply with any directions given under sub-section (1) , read with sub-section (6) , of section 5, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees, or with both.
