Section 78 in The Maharashtra Management of Irrigation Systems by Farmers Act, 2005

78. Saving.

- The Provisions of the Maharashtra Irrigation Act, 1976 which have not been specifically repealed by this Act shall remain in force and shall mutatis mutandis apply to areas under the Management of Irrigation Systems by Farmers.
