Section 35(1) in The Bihar Khadi and Village Industries Act, 1956
(1)Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to apply to any industry declared to be a scheduled industry under the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (LXV of 1951), or to affect any of the provisions of that Act.
