(4)"Inspecting Officer" means the Deputy Educational Officer in respect of High Schools, the Mandal Educational Officer in respect of Upper Primary and Primary Schools, [x x x] [The Words 'the Project Officer in case of Non Formal Education Centers' omitted by G.O. Ms. No. 95, Education (S.E. Prog. II - 2), dated 2 - 12 - 2006.] and the Project Officer/Mandal Literacy Officer in case of Adult Education Centres and Continuing Education Centres.
